What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. They are used, for example, to remember a preference of yours or that you have signed in.

Which cookies we use

wandr_lang: stores the language (Portuguese or English) you chose, so we can take you back to the right language when you return. It is an essential cookie that belongs to this website and lasts 1 year.

Client-area session cookie (wandr_portal): only created for clients who sign in to the client area through the link we send them. It keeps you signed in, is only sent to the client area and disappears when you close the browser.

Management panel session cookie: exists only for the Wandr team, when logging in to the panel. It is not created for people who just visit the website and it disappears when you close the browser.

What we do not use

We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not embed third-party videos or maps. The website's fonts are hosted on the website itself (we request nothing from Google Fonts).

Storage in your browser

When you close the cookie notice, we store in your browser (local storage) only a note that you have seen it (wandr_cookie_notice), so we do not show it again.

If you use the virtual assistant, the conversation is kept in the browser's session storage (wandr-ai-chat) so you can continue it while the tab is open. It is deleted when you close the tab or with the "New chat" button, and it is only sent to our server to get the replies (see the Privacy Policy).

How to manage or delete cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, the website will go back to choosing the language from your browser on your next visit. If you delete the client-area cookie, you will need to request a new access link.

If this changes

If we start using non-essential cookies (for example, visit analytics), we will ask for your consent first and update this page. To learn how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
